It is an annual week long programme in June and July organised for school or college students.



Would I benefit from work experience?

When looking at applicants, one of the things that many medical schools look for is evidence of motivation. Work experience is one of the ways you can demonstrate this.

Am I eligible for work experience?

You must be a student in year 11 and above and either attend schools/colleges or higher educational establishments within the Dudley area or reside in the Dudley borough.


How to apply

We are taking applications for our Medical Work Experience Programme from 4th January 2017. There are two weeks to choose from:
Week One - June 26th – June 30th 2017 or
Week Two – July 3rd to July 7th 2017.
